What to expect
| Mixed class for ages twenty months to three | This is a well-rounded introduction to the art of theatre as well as a great starting point for children attending a class and participating in group activities for the first time. Children are offered the chance to listen to a story and watch a teacher act it out, follow instruction, get dressed up and tidy away. This mixed class provides a supportive environment for all children to build confidence, coordination, and self-expression while learning the basics of musical theatre through listening to stories, using their voice, identifying emotions and identifying then moving their bodies to music and role playing based on the story that they have just heard. Improving gross motor skills, fine motor skills and furthering their understanding of the world. What to expect: * Slow staggered entry * Alerting - Circle time with welcome song * Stay seated and use our listening ears and watching whilst Miss Cleo reads a story and acts some out. * Sorting and organising figurines and costumes relating to the story. * On our feet we explore the space and listen to the music and do pedestrianised movements to music mimicking the actions in the book. *Use our voice and body to reenact key moments from the book using promp cards that the children will read. *tidy up time the children take off costumes and put toys away * Low stimulating calming cool down * Home song
Cancellation Policy
Payment & Booking Terms 1. Booking & Payment I understand that I am purchasing multiple classes and agree that if i choose the buy now option my card will be immediately debited with the full amount listed at checkout to pay for one full term in advance. I have reviewed the term dates, times, and location and acknowledge that missed classes will not be refunded. All bookings must be made in advance via the online booking form. A deposit, full term payment or completed booking form (with the pay in person agreement checkbox ticked) is required to secure a place. Instalment plans may be available—please enquire before making your purchase by emailing info@embaevents.com once approved pick the pay in person option. Pay in person option. For instalments: I understand that this option is for families facing financial hardship who need extra time for this purchase. I agree that if i choose pay in person when booking in order to trial a class that I agree to have a maximum of 24 hours to either pay for the term in full or to request a single class payment link (price will be full course fee divided by the number of weeks the course is running). 2. Cancellations & Refunds A full refund is available if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of purchase; no refund is available thereafter. Once the programme has started and 24 hours have passed since the first class, refunds are not available. In exceptional circumstances, unused lessons may be transferred to another participant or course subject to tutor approval. 3. Rescheduling Individual / 1Lessons A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a lesson. Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited and charged in full. If the tutor needs to reschedule, an alternative date will be offered at no extra cost. Lessons that are part of a plan cannot be rescheduled. 4. Lesson Format & Attendance Lessons are delivered in person at the agreed location. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. Missed lessons without prior notice will not be refunded or rescheduled. 5. Class Cancellations If a class is cancelled by EMBA Events, a rescheduled session will be offered where possible. If rescheduling is not possible, a recorded session will be provided to all clients. By booking this programme, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
